Please use the menu bar above to see demonstrations of my proficiency in all of the ISTE standards as well as additional information about my goals as an Educational Technology Coach.
WelcomeMy name is Chad Cochran, I am a teacher of the Visual Arts, as well as Visual, Performing and Applied Arts (VAPA) Department Chair and Technology Coordinator at San Ramon Valley High School in Danville, CA. In my 16 years as an educator in the state of California I have learned to excel at teaching the Arts and Technology as well as helping other staff members learn about emerging technology and its place in the classroom.
On my road to become a successful educator and technology coordinator I have been involved in many programs and institutions. I received my first degree from the California College of the Arts (www.cca.edu) in 2001, followed by my single subject teaching credential from Saint Mary's College of California (www.stmarys-ca.edu) in 2005. After a period of settling into becoming an educator, I finished my Masters of Education with a focus on Education Technology from California State University at Fullerton (www.fullerton.edu) in the Spring of 2017. |
